Avocado pits, pig’s blood & squid ink - 2023
I froze the avocado pits on a sheet tray covered with diluted pig blood and some squid ink. The idea was cooler than the result. It seems freezing in smaller sizes yields a better outcome. This one isn’t bad but it could definitely be improved upon.
