James Zamory: Food Byproduct Art

I am Chef and Co-founder of Carnal (The Best Restaurants in Washington State), Accomplice, and our budding CPG company, Carnal Provisions. My French bistro concept, Estelle, was named as one of the best new restaurants in America by Esquire. I am a New Yorker currently in the Pacific Northwest. On my days off, I make art.

My goal is to create deeply regional, seasonal, and unexpected art that transforms hospitality spaces and homes alike by showcasing the creative potential of kitchen and wildlife byproducts.
